Ship tiling materials | Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced

This gallery is a small selection of some my favourite materials I created during the production of Black Flag Resynced.
---
When I joined the project, I was embedded with the Ship Team to assist their needs and requests. Helping to create a detailed list of requirements for collab studios, key references and retakes on materials to further polish them.
---
The materials always followed the same order with 2 core materials for the base layers and with an extra layer of barnacles, dirt or moisture depending on the asset.
---
Every material showcased in this gallery was made in Substance 3D Designer and Photoshop and rendered in Anvil

As always, this was a team effort, and I'm grateful to everyone involved in the creation process. Special thanks to the tagged artist for creating or authouring the materials.

Metal cladding for the Jackdaw. I did use the copper enforced hulls as a prime reference as there wasn't any real world reference.
